Delete my account

Stitchr account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your Stitchr account and the personal data associated with it (name, phone number, saved addresses, and order history).

To request deletion, email aravind.product@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Stitchr account" and the phone number you signed up with, or message our in-app WhatsApp support with the same request.

We'll verify you control the number (an OTP or a WhatsApp reply from it) and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (phone number, name)
Saved addresses
Order history linked to you

Payment and invoice records that we are legally required to keep (tax and accounting) are retained for the statutory period in de-identified form, then destroyed.
